To achieve this goal, in 2017 we started building special houses: affordable and at the same time 100% thought out from a functional point of view. Those, in which you fall in love at first sight, in which you want to stay forever. Houses, in which we would like to live ourselves!

The diversity of layouts

We offer more than 40 solutions to each project. Among them, there can be classic and functionally thought out euro plannings, apartments consisting of a kitchen-living room and a panoramic balcony or many other variants starting from the overall area 25sqm. The designing phase starts with the furniture arrangement in the room and then we set up walls. This approach allows us to make an offer to the customer that will exactly match his desires and the size of his budget.

The RC «Grand Bourget» is our debut project. We started creating cozy, thoughtful staircases which have high ceilings and glass doors. Thanks to them, sunlight easily penetrates inside the building. The atmosphere of comfort is also complemented by designer finishing.

Apartments with decoration of walls in neutral shades are one of our smart ideas, turned into reality. It allows the client to be free from routine tasks: painful repairs and long trips to building supplies markets. It also gives an opportunity to feel complete freedom in choosing an interior solution for a purchased apartment.

After becoming available, each RC is transferred to the balance of the service organization. What is included in the list of responsibilities for maintenance of the territory by our specialists? These are security services, constant dry and wet cleaning of the entrance and staircases (every day), caring for trees and shrubs.

Our specialists use high-quality and wear-resistant materials while constructing facades. They are notable for a specific style of windows, color palette, and the overall design. This gives special ‘zest’ to every residential complex.

We are against dark rooms and apartments. Therefore, we build housing in such a way that a maximum of light and sun could penetrate into each apartment. For this purpose, we increase the area of the glazing by one third (in comparison with the standard houses) and place the window sills 50 cm from the floor. The windows themselves are multiple-glazed units. This approach allows achieving a result of + 20-30% of the illumination.

Special areas for pedestrians and cyclists are what we focus on when designing public spaces in the RC. We use ‘traffic-calming’ to make places for rest noiseless and safe, we want to give an opportunity for families to spend time there and for residents to communicate with each other. The traffic-calming measures reduce the speed of the car to 20 km/h.

There are two types of parking: underground and on-ground car parks. Their lower floors are occupied by shopping centers. There is also a third type of parking - temporary (near the entrances).

We build our complexes with various numbers of storeys for two reasons. The first reason is to create an interesting architectural ensemble and diversity. The second - is to ensure the penetration of sunlight into each apartment.

The main idea of well-thought-out block development is the formation of a grid of streets. It allows residents to move easily around the territory of RC. For example, we place kindergartens and schools outside the residential space in order to separate a resting zone from the city zone. There are also many playgrounds for children, benches and green spaces on the territory of the complex.
